From the 5th-7th of February, Arcitecta had the pleasure of sponsoring 10 women from STEM studies and the tech industry to attend PauseFest 2020, at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Over the three days, the women attended talks and workshops showcasing the personal stories, fast fails and tips from leaders at Netflix, Atlassian, WGSN, Square Peg, Mercedes-Benz, Planet Labs, Slack, Walt Disney, Patagonia, Facebook, Culture Amp, ACMI, OzHarvest and many more.

It was inspiring to meet such wonderful and clever women interested in technology. We would like to thank all the women that attended, and we hope that PauseFest was insightful for each of you and has stimulated further creative thoughts that you will take with you in your careers.
